Square Steel Tube Structure: High Strength and Excellent Air Tightness

The SGT series adopts a frame structure assembled with square steel tubes, which the strength is significantly higher than that of aluminum alloy frame structures.

It features strong air tightness, far exceeding the requirements of the national standard GB/T14294 — the air leakage rate of clean air conditioners is less than 1%.

Double-layer panels, featuring good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.

The casing panel is designed a "sandwich" structural:

The inner side is a galvanized steel sheet, and the outer side is a galvanized aluminum alloy sheet.

Both sides are combined with an engineering plastic frame.

The middle is filled with polyurethane all-water foam material, forming a rigid integral structure with an attractive silvery-white appearance.

The model box are tested in accordance with the EN 1886:2007 standard. The casing strength is Class D1(M), the air leakage is Class L1(M), the Thermal Transmittance Class is T2(M), and the Thermal Bridging Factor is Class TB2(M).
